Annual Financial Reports

The Annual Financial Report is a set of financial statements. These reports follow accounting requirements made by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).

The Report Has Three Sections

Introductory

This section will guide you through the report.

Financial

This section presents the audited financial statements.

Statistical

This section gives financial statistical data.

Payments Issued

These reports contain the itemized detail of all checks and electronic payments issued. Starting in Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, this report is presented by FY instead of calendar year to align with our other financial reporting. Earlier reports (2020–2025) remain available in calendar‑year format.

This Resident’s Guide provides an easy‑to‑understand overview of the City’s financial activity for the fiscal year. It summarizes key information from the City’s Annual Financial Report (also known as the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, or ACFR) and is designed for residents without a background in public finance.
