Parking Reservations
Anyone may reserve a parking spot at selected City ramps through the ParkMobile app.
All parking reservations begin at 4:00 p.m.
ADA Parking Reservations are not available; these are first-come first-served, patrons must present a valid placard or yellow parking sticker.

Residential Parking Permit Program
The Residential Parking Permit Program helps manage parking in busy neighborhoods by restricting on-street parking for non-residents within designated RPP Zones. Residents can apply for permits, with fee waivers available for those receiving qualifying assistance. Non-resident day passes are also offered for short-term needs.
