Doing Business with the City

Welcome to Accounting Services. 

The City of Grand Rapids uses Oracle as our Vendor Self Service portal. Submit invoices, update your company information, and access your records all from the same place.

If you are new to working with the City or have not worked with the City in the last in year, you will need to create an Oracle account here.

You can find instructions on how to register in Oracle here.

If you have already registered in Oracle, you can access your account here.

Please note that registration and all changes must be made from a laptop or desktop. The site is not mobile optimized.
