Ready to Cancel Services?
You will need to make sure you have enough funds in your account to cover your final tip. We cannot cancel an account that has a negative balance. Check your account balance using GRPayIt.
To cancel services please call 311 for local numbers or 616-456-3000. An online request form can be filled out here: Cancel Trash/Recycle/Yard Waste NOTE: This will NOT remove/close your GRPayIt account.
When you are ready to move out, leave your carts at the curb for collection. They will be collected on your next service day.
