You can purchase City of Grand Rapids blue trash bags at City Hall 300 Monroe Ave NW, on the main floor.
Please note that we no longer offer online ordering and delivery of bags and tags. This service was offered temporarily while City Hall was shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Come to our office at City Hall to purchase bags
The 30-gallon blue trash bags are $3.25 each or come in 10-packs for $32.50.

Keep in mind this is a pay ahead service.
We accept cash, check or money order or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) for payment. Check or money orders should be payable to the Grand Rapids City Treasurer.
