Apply for a Park Facility Alcohol Permit

1. Review the rules

This permit is for beer and/or wine only. It can't be used for liquor. You can bring your own beer/wine, but this permit doesn't allow you to have alcohol for sale at your event.

2. Gather your information

We verify age with a valid Driver License. Make sure you to attach a copy of yours to this form.

3. Have your payment ready

Be prepared to pay the $40 permit fee. We accept check and credit/debit (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
