Annual Financial Reports

The Annual Financial Report is a set of financial statements. These reports follow accounting requirements made by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).

We are excited to present to you this Resident’s Guide to the City’s Finances. In this guide you will find an overview of your City government’s financial activity during the fiscal year.

This Resident’s Guide is produced using information from the City’s ACFR and is designed to be accessible for the general public and readers without a background in public finance or accounting. To ensure the residents of Grand Rapids are fully informed about their government’s operations, the City is pleased to provide you with this annual report. Small Claims Reports

Small claims are generally claims valued at less than $15,000. These are the Small Claims paid by the City of Grand Rapids.
