Apply for Residental Repair and Remodeling Contracting Opportunities
1. Make sure you have all the required information
We'll need a few things to confirm your eligibility:
- Residential Builder's License
- Copy of accord Certificate of Insurance form evidencing the following coverage:
- Bodily injury including death (minimum $1,000,000)
- Property damage arising from work performed by the contractor (minimum $1,000,000)
- Automobile
- Lead Abatement Contractor License (if applicable)
- Lead Supervisor License(s) (if applicable)
- Section 3 certification letter (if applicable)
- Business Financial Statement
2. Compile references
In order to complete the application, you will need contact information for projects you have completed in the last two (2) years. You will also need references from material suppliers and a lender you do business with frequently.
3. Download and print the application
We can only accept paper applications at this time.
4. Submit your application
You can print the application, fill it out, scan it, and email it to communitydev@grcity.us. You can also mail it or fax it to us. Our information is in the Contact Us section of this page.
5. We'll review your application
You can call or email if you have any questions while you are waiting to hear from us. Our information is in the Contact Us section of this page.
6. What happens next
We will contact you after your application is reviewed to follow up on an any additional information we need. After your application is approved, you will be added to our list of eligible contractors. We will contact you with bid opportunities for residential repair and remodeling projects.
