Submit Additional Project Parcels to the Planning Commission

Do you need to add additional parcels to your project? You can use this service to apply for special land uses, zone changes, site plan reviews, planned redevelopment districts, or optional plan review.

1. Find the right parcel information

All properties associated with your application need to be included. You can use the Kent County Parcel Viewer for information on parcels.

For this application, each property needs an address, parcel number, zone district, and lot size.

2. Complete the application

Download the form to complete it. You can either fill it in on your computer, or print it and fill it out by hand.

3. Submit your application

You can submit your completed application by email, fax, or mail. Our contact information is listed in the Contact Us section of this page.

4. The commission will review your application

Once you submit your completed form, the Planning Commission will review it and follow up with additional information.
