Request Utility Plans or Documents

Are you looking to have utilities marked out on your site? Contact MISS DIG at (800) 482-7171. You'll need to do this before a dig. 

2) Before you get started

Make sure you know the limit of the area for which you're looking for information. It's a great help to us if you can provide a map showing the limits of your request. It'll also ensure that you get the plans you're looking for. Use a map service to help identify where you're looking for utility information. You'll be able to submit a map or drawing with your request. 

3) Call us with your request

You can contact us at the number listed in the Contact Us section of this page. We'll take down the information to process your request.  

4) We'll process your request

Allow up to 3 days for us to gather your documents. We'll send you an email when your documents are ready. If possible we'll send the requested document in the email. For larger requests we'll send you a link to our download site.
