Need to see or print a water bill? With eServices, you can see all your water bills online. With GR PayIt, you sign up for emailed paperless bills.
You can find your account number at the top left of your water bill. It's right below the City logo.
If you can't find your account number, give us a call.
Sign in if you have already registered as a user. If you haven't signed up yet, click the New User button.
Log in to eServices
If you're a new user, we'll ask for your account number.
If you signed in as an existing user, any account linked to your eServices profile will be on the overview page. You can click the Add an Account link to add any other accounts you want to manage.
We mail your water bill to you using the mailing address you provided our office. Interested in stopping paper bills? Head over to our online payment site GR PayIt to enroll in paperless billing.
You can find our number in the Contact Us section of this page. We'll get you all the information you need to sign up for paperless billing. We can't sign you up over the phone, but we'll make sure you have everything you need to sign up online.
