Online Form

Step 1.Create a Citizen Access account

We use a third party application called Citizen Access to receive rental or vacant property registrations. Haven't used Citizen Access before? Make sure to review how to create an account before starting.

Step 2.Make sure you have time and all the required information

This form will take about 15 minutes to complete. You'll be able to save your entry and resume later if you need more time.

You’ll need to provide the following information:

  • Address of property
  • Owner name and contact information
  • Manager name and contact information (if applicable)
  • Whether it is a rental or vacant property

Step 4.Update your information every year

Once your property is registered, we’ll send you a reminder to update your property registration each year.

Paper Form

Step 1.Make sure you have all the required information

You’ll need to provide the following information:

  • Address of property

  • Whether it's a rental or vacant property
