Create a Citizen Access Account

Creating a new account

1. Click here to visit the Citizen Access website
2. Click the 'Register for an Account' link at the top-right of the page
3. Read the Terms & Conditions, then check the box that reads "I have read and accepted the above terms". Click the 'Continue Registration' button

Login Information

1. Choose a username. Your username needs to be 4 to 32 characters long. It may contain letters, numbers, and these special characters: @  _  -  . 
2. Enter your email address.
3. Choose a password. Your passwords needs to be 8 to 20 characters. It may contain letters and numbers.
4. Enter the same password again.
5. Create a security question.
6. Enter an answer to your security questions (20 characters max).

Contact Information

1. Click the 'Add New' button.
2. Select a contact type: Individual or Organization.
3. Press 'Continue'.
4. Enter your contact information including name, address, etc. All fields noted with a red asterisk (*) AND a phone number are required fields.
5. Click 'Continue' after you've entered your information.
6. Check the box that reads "I confirm the displayed contact as my own identity".
7. Click 'Confirm'.
8. After you've entered your Login Information and successfully added your contact information
9. Click 'Continue'.
10. Write down or save your username and password for future use.
