AccessMyGov is a service we use to let you search and pay for your invoices from the Code Compliance department. If you've never used AccessMyGov, we recommend that you review our guide here.
You can pay online with credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). There is a convenience fee to pay with credit or debit card.
We accept check or money order for mailed payments. Include the bottom portion of your bill with your payment.
Make your check out to Grand Rapids City Treasurer. Mail your payment to 300 Monroe Ave NW Room 220 Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Keep in mind that you should never send cash in the mail.
Keep in mind that it takes 5-7 business days for the US Postal Service to deliver mail to us. Make sure to mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before your payment is due. We'll process your payment as soon as possible.
We don't accept payments over the phone for code compliance invoices or balances. Do you need to speak with a specialist? Give 311 a call at the number listed in the Contact Us section. We'll connect you with someone to answer your questions and provide you information on how to pay.
