1. Initial roadway and parking review.
2. Communication to Public Works Department, emergency response, and other internal partners.
3. Public outreach with letters to residents and area stakeholders to inform about the possible changes and a request for feedback.
4. Final decision made based on criteria and feedback from both internal staff and area residents.
