The property owner or an authorized property manager has to make any account changes. If you are renting, you should contact your landlord to discuss removing services from your name. If you've contacted your landlord and are still having trouble, give us a call and we may be able to help.
Here is what you need to close your account:

Complete the form in English
Expect to hear from us within 7-10 business days, either with confirmation that your account is closed, or to request more information.
