Do you need signage for a large project development area or integrated complex? You may want to apply for a Planned Sign Program.
The Planned Sign Program allows greater flexibility in sign design and display in cases where strict compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance may not be feasible. A Planned Sign Program may be appropriate for large development areas and integrated complexes. The review process will make sure the related signs work in a coordinated fashion to meet the general intent for signs in the Zoning District in which they are located.

We'll review your application before submitting to the Planning Commission. We may contact you with questions or for more information, or recommend changes for clarity. The Planning Director or Planning Commission may decide to hold a public hearing.
After staff review, your application is forwarded to the Planning Commission for a public hearing. We’ll send you the notice of public hearing 15 days before the Planning Commission meeting.
Here's what to expect at the commission meeting:
We will provide you a letter with the decision of the Planning Commission. The letter will include any conditions of approval. If the Planning Commission denies your application, there are no appeals.
