Planned Redevelopment Districts (PRDs) are special zone districts approved by the Planning Commission and City Commission. If changes are needed, an amendment to the approved plan is required. Here’s the process to request an amendment.

You'll need to submit your plan with:
Meet with the neighbors about the changes. Make sure to keep a Neighborhood Meeting Sign-In Sheet. We'll ask for this in your application. Make sure to include the meeting date, time and location.
We may table your application if you don't hold this meeting.
