Hosting an event and need to rent equipment? We've got you covered with stages, bleachers, P.A. systems, tents and more.

Step 1.Check if you're eligible

Complete this application if you want to rent equipment instead of buying it. This could be for an event on private property or for other uses. If you've already completed a Special Event or Wedding Application, then you're all set.

Step 2.Develop a site map of your event

We like to know where you plan to set up the equipment - and this is helpful for you too! Your site map should include:

  • Name of your event
  • Name of site/location
  • Name of all roads and cross streets
  • North/West/South/East designations
  • City equipment placement

Acceptable types of map:

  • Google Earth/Maps
  • Google site maps for City venues and parks, provided in our Site Map Resource Guides
  • Other map with major roads, cross streets, and landmarks identified

Step 3.Determine the days you want to rent equipment for your event

You may want to rent equipment a day or more before your event starts to prepare for setup. No need to return equipment, we'll pick it up.

Step 4.Provide a Certificate of Insurance 

Renting the Showmobile, stages and/or bleachers? Sounds like an awesome event! We need a certificate of insurance at least two weeks before the date of your rental. Check out our Special Event Planning and Resource Guide for more information.

We recommend the GatherGuard Program for insurance coverage. Start the form here to see if your event is eligible. If it's not, seek special events coverage through a different provider.

Step 5.Make sure you have your credit/debit card ready

You'll need to enter your credit/debit card information to pay the non-refundable $25 application fee. We accept Visa and MasterCard for online payments.
