Is a sign company applying for a Sign Permit that will include an electronic message center on your property? If so, both you and the applicant will need to agree to the City’s electronic message center requirements by filling out this form before we can issue the permit.

Note: If the applicant and the owner are not the same person, we need signatures from both people.
You'll need to read and agree to the regulations and requirements for Electronic Message Centers. These are included in the online form.
If you're not the owner, both you and the owner will need to sign the online form. You can save your progress in the form. You'll have the option to send the saved form to any email address. You may choose to enter the owner's email to send the link for them to enter their signature and submit.
