The City of Grand Rapids is developing a Fair Housing Equity Plan (FHEP) to identify barriers to fair housing choice and action steps to address them. The FHEP will analyze the following:

Patterns of segregation and integration
Resident access to community assets, affordable housing, and homeownership opportunities
Issues related to housing accessibility among residents with disabilities
Housing discrimination

The purpose of the process is to identify solutions the City can undertake to address identified fair housing issues.
