If you don’t agree with the assessed value of your property that was decided by the Assessor's Office, you have an opportunity to appeal it. The appeal process begins with the Assessor's Review held during the first full two weeks in February. The City Charter requires an appeal to the Assessor's Review prior to any appeal to the local Board of Review.
The Assessor's Review is open during the first two full weeks of February, so the dates may change each year. For 2025, it will be open February 3rd - February 14th.
