Led by CAIA HUB Vendor and longtime supporter Mike Alsgaard, this two-part series will walk you through real prints, real specs, and real estimating tools. You’ll learn how to:

  • Navigate blueprints and front-end documents to catch key requirements

  • Perform basic takeoffs and measurements accurately

  • Spot red flags and avoid common estimating mistakes

  • Sharpen your understanding of project scopes across multiple trades

This session is perfect for Strong Foundations participants, HUB Members, and construction business owners who want to build confidence in their estimating process—whether you do it yourself, have estimators on staff, or outsource the work.
