Request Water Tank and Site Access

1. Have your information ready

You'll need to provide some basic information for us to approve site access.

• Address for the site you need access to
• When the work will begin as well as the duration of the work
• What cell company you are representing
• Contractor performing the work
• Name of the contractor who will be on site performing the work
• Phone number and email address of the contractor who will be on site performing the work
• Date and time of when you need access
• Brief description of the work happening

2. Submit a request online

Complete the online form to request access.

3. We will contact you

After you've submitted the form, we will review your request and contact the site foreman via the contact information you gave us in the form.

If this is an emergency, you can call 311 for prompt site access, but you will still need to submit this form before we unlock the site.
