View Current or Past Water Bills

Need to see or print a water bill issues before March 27, 2026?

eServices allow users 24/7 access to prior bills issued on or before March 27, 2026, and the ability to export bill data to Excel for easy bookkeeping. 

Access to current bills on our new platform, InfoSend, will be available soon. If you need a copy of your current bill, please contact 311 for assistance or email water@grcity.us

Step 1

You can find your account number at the top left of your water bill. It's right below the City logo.

If you can't find your account number, give us a call.

Step 2

Sign in if you have already registered as a user. If you haven't signed up yet, click the New User button.

Step 3

If you're a new user, we'll ask for your account number.

If you signed in as an existing user, any account linked to your eServices profile will be on the overview page. You can click the Add an Account link to add any other accounts you want to manage.
