Local Officers Compensation Commission

• 7 members 
• You must be a registered elector of the City
• Meets for no more than 15 session days
• Determination of compensation is made within 45 days of first meeting; unless two-thirds of member votes rejects 
• Members are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Commission for a term beginning on September 30

You must a resident with the city limits of Grand Rapids to be a member of this board.

Term Limits
Your term limit on this board is 7 years. You may only serve for one term on this board.

Compensation
There is no compensation for members on this board.
