1. Create a Citizen Access account
We use a third party application called Citizen Access for permitting. If you've never used Citizen Access, we recommend that you review how to create an account before starting your application.
2. Make sure you have all the required information
In order to submit a complete application you will need upload the following attachments:
- Site Plan – A scaled drawing including proposed building dimensions, driveway, lot lines & dimensions, and setback distances of each structure from nearest lot lines. Please show the front setback or Required Build Line (RBL) on the site plan.
- Survey - An official, stamped survey is required for participation in this program.
- Property Owner Authorization - If you are not the property owner, you will need to provide written authorization from the property owner stating they consent to using their property for this program.
3. Cost
There is no fee to participate in this program.
