Creating a new account
- Click here to visit the Citizen Access website
- Click the 'Register for an Account' link at the top-right of the page
- Read the Terms & Conditions, then check the box that reads "I have read and accepted the above terms". Click the 'Continue Registration' button
Login Information
- Choose a username. Your username needs to be 4 to 32 characters long. It may contain letters, numbers, and these special characters: @ _ - .
- Enter your email address.
- Choose a password. Your passwords needs to be 8 to 20 characters. It may contain letters and numbers.
- Enter the same password again.
- Create a security question.
- Enter an answer to your security questions (20 characters max).
Contact Information
- Click the 'Add New' button.
- Select a contact type: Individual or Organization.
- Press 'Continue'.
- Enter your contact information including name, address, etc. All fields noted with a red asterisk (*) AND a phone number are required fields.
- Click 'Continue' after you've entered your information.
- Check the box that reads "I confirm the displayed contact as my own identity".
- Click 'Confirm'.
- After you've entered your Login Information and successfully added your contact information
- Click 'Continue'.
- Write down or save your username and password for future use.
