You can pay City invoices and bills -- all with a single GR PayIt account. With grpayit you decide when and how much to pay.

There is a fee assessed with paying property taxes when using a credit card to pay. Water, refuse, parking ticket, loan and invoice payments do not have a convenience fee.

Park and Pay at City Hall

Visit our Monroe Level Storefront between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at City Hall to make payments and settle invoices. Expect the storefront to be closed on weekends and holidays.

We're located at 300 Monroe Ave NW and we'll validate 30 minutes of free parking in the Government Center Ramp while you make your payment. We'll give this to you at the counter.

We do not validate for metered parking. So, make sure to use the Government Center Ramp which sits directly underneath the Grand Rapids City Hall and Kent County Administration buildings.
