Change of Use Permit

If you are planning to change the use of a building/property without construction, you will need to apply for this change of use permit to verify the proposed use is permitted by ordinance.

Land Use Development

A LUDS site plan review is required on single-family or duplex properties when the parcel is within 500 feet of a body of water or wetland.
