We'll cover graffiti on public, city-owned property for free. This includes electrical boxes, telephone poles, bridge structures, street signs, traffic signs, etc.

Public Health and Safety Ordinance

In 2023, the City of Grand Rapids enhanced efforts to address public health and safety in downtown and neighborhoods. Updates to city ordinances now require unattended or abandoned personal property in the public right-of-way to be temporarily stored.
