GR311 is your one call to City Hall. We're here to answer your questions about City services and programs. We help you to:

We're open 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. We're closed on public holidays.
Report an Issue
We have an app for you to report an issue online: grcity 311.
Report potholes, graffiti, an abandoned vehicle or other issues. You can track the issue you reported and those that others have reported.

Want to talk or pay a bill/parking ticket in person? We're located in the City Hall Lobby at 300 Monroe Ave NW.
We'll validate your parking in the Government Ramp, up to a half an hour. Enter the parking ramp on either Monroe Ave NW or Ottawa Ave NW.
