Community Master Plan

We are thrilled to announce that Bridge to Our Future, our new Community Master Plan (CMP), has been approved. It outlines a bold vision for the city's growth and development for the next 20 years and addresses land use concepts related to equity, housing, sustainability, and economic development.

The City Commission and Planning Commission unanimously approved the plan, which will now serve as a guiding framework for the City moving forward. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in this process—your invaluable input, engagement, and commitment have been instrumental in creating a plan that reflects the needs and aspirations of our community. Together, we are building a stronger, more vibrant city!

Our next steps include updating the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
