Employee Resource Groups

Prism GR is an Employee Resource Group formed to advocate for employees with minority gender, sexual and romantic identities. We aim to represent the entire LGBTQIA+ community, including but are not limited to: lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, poly-amorous, non-binary, gender non-conforming and two-spirit staff members.

The National Forum for Black Public Administrators - West Michigan Chapter is an Employee Resource Group dedicated to the advancement of black public leadership in local and state governments. 

Social Justice ERG is an Employee Resource Group formed to offer a safe space for City employees to unpack and process injustices.
