Temporary Occupancy Permit

Application for use of the public right‑of‑way (ROW) for private construction activities, including placement of PODs or dumpsters, that will require closure of the sidewalk, parking lane, or roadway.

Encroachment Permit

For 3rd party-owned object place din the ROW such as projecting signs, planters, benches, bikes racks, (non-structural items that can be removed within 60 days), and Encroachment Permit is needed.

Sidewalk and Drive Approach Permit

Apply for a permit to replace or construct sidewalks, curb cuts, or related structures within the public right‑of‑way.
