Labor Relations

Labor Relations is responsible for all matters concerning labor and employee relations, including negotiation of the collective bargaining agreements. Our department also provides guidance on interpretation of contracts and City polices, investigates and administers disciplinary actions, and administers the grievance procedure. Labor Relations provides employees with a positive workforce environment. We negotiate and administer responsible and cost-effective labor bargaining agreements with our employees.
