Racial Equity Toolkit
The City of Grand Rapids is currently testing the use of a Racial Equity Toolkit to help document and embed racial equity into our decision making processes. It includes a workbook and several resources to help any City employee start a conversation about racial equity for a project, policy, or other initiative.
