Facade Grants
All six of the City’s Corridor Improvement Authorities (CIAs) have facade improvement programs which provide financial reimbursement for upgrades or alterations to building exteriors. The Uptown CIA also has a Design Service Program, an Outdoor Space Activation Program and a Mural Program.

Prior to filling out an application, please review the program guidelines linked below for each program you intend to apply for. If you prefer to print the application and fill it out, a paper application is available for download under each CIA program.
