Gather the following information to successfully submit your complaint:

Within 10 days of filing your complaint we'll send you a meeting notice to discuss the incident. The incident will be sent to the appropriate supervisor or department head.
If the department head doesn’t resolve your issue, contact our ADA Coordinator, Patti Caudill, using the contact information in the Contact Us section of this page.
Disagree with the ADA Coordinator's decision? You can file an appeal with the City Manager. Here's the appeal process:

We don't offer the option to submit complaints over the phone, but we'll make sure you have everything you need to get your complaint submitted.
Come to our office at City Hall to submit your complaint. We're located at the address listed in the Contact Us section of this page. We're open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, except public holidays.
