Looking to remove lead from your home or property? You might qualify for interest-free loans to remove lead. Through our Get the Lead Out! program, up to half of the loan amount may be forgiven over time.

We'll need a few things to confirm your eligibility:

  • A copy of your proof of ownership
  • A copy of your proof of current insurance on the property
  • A list of all properties that you manage or have a financial interest in*

*We need this from everyone with a financial interest in the property you're applying for.

Notify your tenants if you're a landlord

You'll need to let any tenants in the property know about your application. Make sure you send all tenants a copy of the Tenant Notification Letter.
