Online Form

Make sure you have time to apply

Applying for a construction license or registration typically takes about 10 minutes. You'll be able to save your application and resume later if you need more time.

Make sure you have all the required information

If you're registering a State-issued Residential Builder’s license, identify any other individuals that you authorize to obtain permits under your license. You can do this using a signed statement on your letterhead. Upload this document as an attachment on the online Residential Builder's license application below.

If you're an electrical contractor, the Master Electrician or Specialty Technician must also sign the application before it is submitted. You can save the form and go back to it later if you need to wait for another person to sign.
