Guest Payments

Before we get started

A couple of notes on grpayit:

• Security. Rest assured that your payment information is encrypted when it's submitted. These practices are PCI DSS compliant.
• Goodbye processing fees. There are no processing fees when making payments for water bills, paying for parking tickets or adding funds to your refuse account in grpayit.

Gather the account information

Make sure to have the account number or the account holder's name and address number ready. You'll need these to search for the account in grpayit.

Payment timeline

When you make a payment through grpayit, it goes through the following business day by noon. If you make a payment on a holiday, it'll be posted the following business day by noon. Check out all of the bill payment options to decide which one works best for you.

Make the payment

Head over to grpayit and click Get Started. To pay without creating an account, click Continue as a Guest. Our bots will guide you through the payment process.

Pay online as a guest

Look up the account

You'll be prompted to search for the account. You'll need either the account holder's name and address number or the account number. If you're making a payment for someone else, make sure to get this info from them.

Choose how to pay

Pay with a credit/debit card or a bank account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To pay with a checking or savings account you'll just need the routing number and account number. You can find these at the bottom of a check associated with your account. If you don't have checks, you'll need to contact your bank to get your routing and account numbers.

Plan your payment

Once you enter your payment details, you'll have the option to choose when to pay.

Submit payment

Review and submit your payment. That was easy! We'll ask at the end if you want to sign up as a grpayit user. All it takes is your first name and a password. If you make payments on this account frequently, you might want to sign up.

View bill history

As a guest you can check out how much an account holder owes using the account number. You can see bill details this way, too. If you have more questions, you can call us from the app.

Consider signing up for a grpayit account to take advantage of these features:

• Set up your choice of secure payment (Autopay, monthly payments, pay today). After submitting payment, we'll send you a receipt.
• Get bill reminders and notifications if there are any problems with payment.
