Thank you for participating with the mygrcitypoints program and your dedication to our community. While the program was successful in its early years, participation plateaued and enrollment by local businesses slowed considerably. As a result, the City has ended the program effective September 1, 2020.
Users and businesses were notified of the program ending on July 15, 2020. The Rapid added more bus passes to clip on July 20, 2020. The last day points were added to accounts was August 8, 2020. The final day to redeem rewards was August 31, 2020.
We encourage you to continue to recycle to help keep Grand Rapids an environmentally green community.
