We can provide tax increment financing to help pay for some redevelopment project costs.
Your property may be eligible if any of the following apply:
- Functionally obsolete
- Historic resource
The following activities are eligible for reimbursement:
- Asbestos abatement
- Due care and environmental response activities
- Site preparation
- Public infrastructure improvements
- Ramped and underground parking
- Urban stormwater management systems
