Zoning

We split Grand Rapids into zones. We allow certain land uses and prohibit other uses based on the zone type. The common zone types are residential and commercial. Residential zones tend to have more houses. Commercial zones have more businesses. We use zoning to keep our neighborhoods and businesses strong.
