All parks, dog parks, and trails remain open. Sporting courts, playgrounds, exercise equipment, splash pads, picnic shelters, and grills are open with physical distancing guidelines.
Residents should refrain from playing sports with people outside of their household and from gathering in groups more than 10 people.

The restrooms at the following parks are open and cleaned at the end of each day per current CDC guidelines:
- Aberdeen Park
- Canal Park
- Garfield Park
- Joe Taylor Park
- Martin Luther King Park
- Richmond Park
- Riverside Park
- Rosa Parks Circle
- Sixth Street Park
- Wilcox Park
In addition, all parks with a splash pad have a portable restroom on-site. As our staff capacity expands to allow for daily cleaning of all restrooms, more will open.
Amenities Remaining Closed
The following amenities will remain closed until further notice:
- Drinking Fountains
- Enclosed Shelters and Community Gyms
Facility rentals (for outdoor shelters only) are available.
The Indian Trails Golf Course will remain open in a manner that protects customers and employees consistent with current Executive orders and any future orders regarding golf course operations in Michigan, including that carts will be permitted to be used by players.
Burials will continue to be conducted, so long as people who are not part of the same household maintain six feet of distance from one another and the assemblage consists of no more than 100 people. If the funeral service or gathering is conducted in an enclosed space, no more than 10 people who are not part of the same household may gather and face coverings must be used.
